Differences summarised between latest GHS version, CLP and "China GHS"

Chemical Inspection and Regulation Service (CIRS) has produced a table showing the differences between the recently published fourth edition of the UN Globally Harmonised System of chemicals classification and labelling, the EU CLP Regulation and China's GHS law. The table is available here.

REACH Registrants are Urged to Confirm Compliance with Data Sharing Obligations

ECHA has noted that some companies have registered substances without taking part in a single SIEF. Such registrants are strongly encouraged to verify their compliance with data sharing and joint submission obligations since they are likely to be found to be in breach of the REACH Regulation and could be subject to sanction.
